CBSE Date Sheet 2024: The date sheet for Class 10 and Class 12 has been released.
CBSE Class 10th and 12th 2024 Date sheet Update: The CBSE Board has released the date sheet for the 10th and 12th board exams. These exams will commence on February 15 and continue until April 10, 2024. The board exams will run for approximately 55 days. CBSE has announced the date sheet for the 10th and 12th board exams scheduled for the year 2024, along with providing some guidelines.
CBSE Guidelines for Exams:
1. There should be a sufficient gap between the two subjects.
2. While preparing the Class 12th date sheet, consideration has been given to the JEE Main exam.
3. While creating these date sheets, care has been taken to ensure that exams for two subjects do not fall on the same date.
4. The exam time will be from 10:30 AM.
5. The date sheet has been released well in advance of the exams to allow students ample time for thorough exam preparation.
How to Check CBSE Board Exam 2024 Date Sheet: Here is the procedure.
Step 1: After the date sheet is released, students should visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the 'CBSE Class 10 board exam 2024 date sheet' or 'CBSE Class 12 board exam 2024 date sheet' link in the 'Latest News' section. (The link will be activated soon.)
Step 3: The date sheet will open in PDF format on the screen. Check the subject-wise board exam timetable in the document.
In the year 2023, CBSE released the date sheet in December, and
the exams were conducted from February 15 to April 5. The board exams were held
in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
CBSE Practical Exams and Sample Papers
CBSE has released the schedule for practical exams for Class 10 and 12. For affiliated schools with CBSE, the practical exams for both Class 10 and 12 will commence from January 1 and conclude on February 15, 2024. For winter schools, practical exams/projects/internal assessment for both Class 10 and 12 for the academic session 2023-24 are scheduled from November 14 to December 14, 2023.
CBSE Date Sheet 2024: Attention has been given to the dates of JEE Main.
The CBSE Board has taken into consideration the
dates of various entrance exams while determining the dates for the annual
examinations of Class 10th and 12th. It is worth noting that the National
Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the engineering entrance exam, JEE Main
2024 for the second session, will be conducted from April 1 to April 15.
CBSE Board Date Sheet 2024: How to Download the Time Table PDF
The CBSE Board will release the board exam datesheet in PDF format for both secondary and senior secondary students. The link to download it will be activated on the official website, cbse.gov.in. After the release of the CBSE timetable, students need to visit this website and click on the link provided in the 'Latest@CBSE' section on the homepage. Subsequently, the datesheet for both classes will open in PDF format. After printing it, students are advised to save a soft copy for future reference.
